I respect the views of VKS but
strongly disagree with his response & reply on the following grounds:
One day testing cannot become
a report. The working cauldrons and the comparison for a good period can
become a report.
What I mean is that should be
backed by good period of observation.
1. Physics
& nature doesn’t play game of dice but humans like VKS do as
they have failed to understand that scientific testing of gas fuel is physics,
which does not change, whether you do trial once or 1000 times. What I am
going to share now with you all are facts, as evidence. These shall immediately
be appreciated by Vinod Sudhakar- Head of Technology & shall also
make immediate sense to Hari Sankar- Director Audit & also to CEO,
CFO & COO. Let me share how VKS has chided & suppressed the truth,
critical facts for which the allegation is being levelled one by one.
2. VKS
is aware of the following facts that our story dates back to year 2018 especially when no one in the world was aware
of radiant heat infra-red gas assembly/technology in commercial kitchens,
we were the pioneers in introducing the technology even into Akshaya Patra-Mathura
the below evidence proves it:

Apple to apple comparison- A no-brainer
test was done at the behest of VKS, which was an apple-to-apple
comparison. After the scientific testing ANNEXURE-A, B & C Reports were
given, which was blatantly ignored by VKS
d.
Defying the authority on certification: In
India BIS-Bureau of Indian standard is the authority on commercial Gas
Burner under IS 14612. The MOPNG- In
the year 2014 the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas –Cabinet Minister
directed LERC- LPG Equipment Research Centre, India’s Premiere Research Agency,
which is a consortium of Indian Oil Majors (IOCL,BPCL,HPCL & ONGC) to test Agnisumukh
innovative patented radiant heat burner system. After an arduous &
series of rounds of testing a certificate was issued which validated under IS 14612
that AGNISUMUKH BURNERS have highest thermal efficiency in the world. The
certificates were given to VKS as ANNEXURE- C & D. What did VKS do? Simply
ignored & gave a reply devoid of logic, reason & wisdom by utterly
disrespecting the authorities like:

BIS & LERC. The motive seemed
apparent that skeletons may fall out of cupboard for having promoted for
personal gains an inferior technology violating patents (ANNEXURE- F & G)
f.
Patent Infringement: ANNEXURE- F &
G was supplied to VKS & several mails were written to VKS. VKS instead of forwarding to legal department
responded with the following comments:
We would like to clarify few points.
1. Akshayapatra
had not violated any Patents.
2. We
also invite your team to visit our Pondicherry kitchen where you can select the
cauldron and operate it with Agnisumuk burner to have an apple-to-apple
comparison at mutually convenient scheduled timings. This was informed to
you.
3. Surely
we are open to have any collaboration with you which will be beneficial to
Akshayapatra and its suppliers.
4. We
wish that such progress takes us ahead to serve the Government school children
better.
g.
VKS was supplied with ANNEXURE-H so
that he can become serious on the issue of Patent infringement, instead became
arrogant by giving self-certification that patent infringement committed by
Foundation is no crimes without realising the Indian laws are applied equally
to all whether Profit or Non-Profit organisation.
h.
Instead of making patent infringement an
issue I took the challenge to Point No.2 of VKS to be constructive than
destructive & honoured in July 2026 by doing trial & testing by drawing
a certificate in the presence of team Akshayapatra & Agnisumukh. Which VKS
demanded evidence & detailed report, which we again gave & went to his
dustbin as he gave no weightage to factual details.
i.
VKS is questioning so much for an inferior
technology violating patent law, I have a genuine question as right to know,
whether VKS applied the same
standard while purchasing duplicate
& inferior technology. If not, it gives beyond reasonable doubt the
existence of gratis, personal & selfish interest which my private inquiry
has revealed.
Moreover, I mentioned that our
operations team should vet that report. Your technical team should consolidate
such report and take a vetting from operations where it’s worked out.

When VKS failed to look into
ANNEXURE-I, it became apparently clear that he lacked devotion to
duty asVKS was fully aware that AKSHAYAPATRA was bleeding daily & had a
phenomenal opportunity of gaining without investing a single paisa. Instead of
calling us for discussion, he denied us a meeting with the appropriate
authority citing some excuse which became evident as he had no excitement which
can benefit the organisation, he is working for. We were of no interest for him
as we don’t pay bribes for personal gains
but bring direct benefit to our customers like Akshaya Patra Foundation.

emails. I am stopping the email conversation with this.

It’s at this juncture I decided to expose VKS
a man with questionable integrity by approaching the higher &
appropriate authorities in Foundation.

From the reliable sources I have learnt that
AKSHAYAPATRA is buying duplicate VAPA BURNERS of Chinese make & not the
original from Lebanon by colluding with vendors by over-invoicing & taking
bribes as kickback. I request for a proper investigation by doing a forensic
audit to unravel the truth & punish the guilty.

will understand that I am more looking for opportunity to do Krishna Seva
in my own way & associate in your noble vision which VKS is fully
aware of.

I belong to 1999 batch of Indian Revenue
Officer who has worked with one of your beloved trustee Shri KV Chowdary,
Retired IRS Officer who was our former CVC. For the passion of cooking, I left
an enviable job as a civil servant from
the position of Commissioner of Income-tax to spend full-time research in
Indian Cooking & Radiant Heat Technology in Commercial Kitchen, where
India is top in technology because of AGNISUMUKH.

I request the CEO that I neither have stamina nor
interest to talk through VKS, a toxic person, a person with questionable
integrity, who lacks understanding what great value we bring to the table in
the interest of AKSHAYAPATRA FOUNDATION especially when LPG prices have shot
the roof.
